Finder and comparison choices stay in the browser. When you submit the contact form, we store your phone number, optional name, enquiry context, consent choice, and submission time in the private CMS so the styling team can respond.
Review submissions store your name, rating, review text, optional private order reference, consent time, and moderation state. Only approved reviews are public.
Virtual try-on sends your selected portrait and the wig reference to the configured AI providers. The CMS stores your phone number, completed-use count, selected wig, result URL, and time for support and abuse prevention. Provider-side retention follows those providers' terms.
WhatsApp is an external service. When Cloud API webhooks are later connected, an inbound message can provide your WhatsApp profile name and conversation activity. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. Google Analytics is not active until a consent flow and provider credentials are configured.
